The company was created in 1970 under the status of S.A.M “Surveillance de Protection et de Gardiennage (SPG)” by Mr. Jean-Louis Marsan.

In 1984, His son, Mr. Jean-Claude Marsan, changed the company’s statutes under the name of “Monte Carlo Protection”. Since then, the President Delegate of the company.

I served for thirty years in the air force as a parachute commando, including ten years as part of special forces unit CPA10 with Special Operations Command (COS).

A former MFF (military free-fall) specialist and marksman, I performed a variety of roles: team leader, commando instructor, psychological operations trainer, parachute commando officer in charge of protecting France’s biggest airport and nuclear site

I have been deployed to numerous conflicts around the world: Chad, Rwanda, Bosnia, Kosovo, Afghanistan, Libya, Mali…

I decided to embark on a second career by joining a prestigious Monegasque private security firm.

All of my rich and varied experience and expertise is now at the service of MCPP.
